Indeed, most of us do. <br /><br />One aspect that contributed to Tony's success, was his diligence in acknowledging others' efforts. He continues to do so and his words of appreciation are a bonus to volunteering at Rotary functions.<br /><br />It only took one person to change the culture of this club.
